Ordering
Which payment methods do you accept ?
You have several options to pay for your purchases: you can of course pay by bank or credit card; we accept Visa, Mastercard and even American Express. Or, if you have a Paypal account, you can pay through our Paypal Express Checkout, it's up to you! you can also call us and pay via phone.
Where can you deliver ?
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom only.
Where are your products from ?
Our suppliers are based all over Europe but it is possible that they source their products from other continents. If you would like more specific information on one of our featured products please do not hesitate to ask us.
How can I contact you ?
It's very easy! Simply go to our contact us page, fill in the form and we will get back to you as quickly as possible!
My order/Delivery
How can I change my billing/delivery address ?
If you have moved or your details have changed or you have just realized you have made a mistake typing in your billing or shipping address please do contact us at [email protected] We will make the change for you and inform the shipping company if needed.
Where is my order ?
Delivery times may vary according to the products and suppliers and different products in your order may reach you at different times. If you are wandering where your products are, just contact us and we will investigate for you! We will deliver 7-20 days...don't worry we will give you lots of notice before we deliver so we can guarantee you in!
Can I cancel my order?
If you have received your order and wish to cancel it simply go through our returns process (see right below). If your order hasn't reached you then we will only be able to cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please also note that made to order items cannot be cancelled, they can however be returned.
Do you accept returns ?
Yes we do! Within 14 days of delivery. However please do note that the return address will depend on the product your ordered so you will need to send us a quick email at [email protected] giving us the details of your order. Based on this we will give you a Return Form to print, sign and include in your parcel. We will also give you the return address for that product. At reception of your returned product we will issue a full product refund providing the item gets returned in the condition it was sent- we will not refund if the item returns damaged. The delivery charges however cannot be refunded.
I received a damaged product, what can I do ?
Simply go through our return process indicating in your email to [email protected] whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please also include a picture of the damaged item in your claim.
